Andrew Hall - Chair
Andrew Hall

Andrew is an Assistant Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Saint Louis University, and a life-long resident of the St. Louis area. His career has included management positions with local biotech start-up Stererotaxis Inc., and most recently with Siemens Medical Solutions, where he was Director of Angiography Research Collaborations for North America. Born in Granite City, he attended Southern Illinois University in Carbondale for his undergraduate studies, and later earned his masters and doctoral degrees at Washington University. Andrew and his wife Ellen are the parents of a special needs daughter who is an ITNStCharles client. As such, they are particularly sensitive to the transportation needs of the disabled.

Jen Fisher - Vice Chair

Jen Fisher is the Public Relations Director of Integrity Home Solutions, a St. Peters based full service home improvement company, specializing in senior safety. Ms. Fisher has 11 years combined experience working with the senior population, including private support case management and adult daycare. Prior to joining the team at Integrity Home Solutions Jen was the Community Relations Director
for Oak Tree Village Independent Living in St. Peters, Missouri. Jen believes that a small effort from enough people will yield a big result.

Mark Crank founded Marcos Productions Inc. in 1980. Marcos Productions provides big screen video games, inflatable games, and variety performers to venues throughout the U.S. Mark is involved with many charities and was named O'Fallon MO Chamber Person of the year in 2011. He received awards from United Cerebral Palsy Association in 1985 and 1986, St. Louis Co. Juvenile Courts in 1990, and Who's Who in Business & Executives in 2001 and 2015. He has 5 children and 1 Grandchild. Mark's motto is "make life fun".

Jeffrey  Hitchcock is retired which enables him to spend his time volunteering and participate actively in his church.  Jeffrey retired in 2013 after spending 12 years as a Regional Sales Manager for a global data center managed services firm.  Prior to that, he spent 13 years with an international consulting firm in a number of capacities including St Louis branch manager.  Jeffrey and his wife Karen reside in St Charles,  MO.  They have two married children and 4 grandchildren.
Jeffrey enjoys working with seniors and people with special needs and sees the importance of the transportation services that ITN provides in each of their lives.   Every person that rides with ITN has a wonderful life story and it is an honor to be a part of their lives if only for a few short moments.

Jim Klein - Board Member

Jim was born and raised in St. Louis and has been a resident of St. Charles County since 1988.  His career has been in operations management in different facets but all connected to the financial services industry.   He is the tournament director of the Coaches vs. Cancer Holiday Tournament after serving as volunteer coordinator and committee member for 5 years. He has been a high school basketball official for 12 years and football official for 3 years covering the Gateway Athletic Conference, the Archdiocesan Athletic Association and the Metro Catholic Conference. He has said “if you can’t play or coach, officiating is the best way to stay close to the sport.” 
“With a nephew as one of iTN’s clients and having the opportunity to drive many other clients I have become increasingly aware of the amazing service provided.  As our population ages iTN’s services will be needed even more and positioning for that eventuality is my main goal.”  Jim and his wife Martha are the proud parents of four sons and enjoy all that St. Charles County has to offer.

Kristine Kohlbrecher - Secretary/Treasurer
Kristine Kohlbrecher

Kristine Kohlbrecher is a lifelong resident of the St. Louis Metro area and graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia with a B.S. in accounting.  Kristine and her husband, Brad are owners of 101 Mobility of St. Louis which specializes in providing mobility equipment to enable the elderly and disabled to continue to live in their homes and use their vehicles.  For the past 23 years, she has been employed as an accountant by Nidic Motor Corporation and Emerson Electric.  She strongly believes that helping seniors and the disabled remain a vital part of their neighborhoods is essential for communities to remain strong in the future.
